     1. UNDERWRITER

       Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of recent experience as a A-Paper Mortgage Underwriter
  • Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of current residential lending guidelines
  • Current knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to the mortgage banking industry
  • Current knowledge of the mortgage origination process, policies, and procedures
  • For FHA: Must have DE certification and recent FHA underwriting experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with agents, processors, and brokers

       Requirements

  • Review credit documents accordance to FHA, agencies and investor’s guidelines
  • Review borrower’s income and assets accordance to FHA, agencies and investor’s guidelines
  • Review subject property and appraisal accordance to FHA, agencies and investor’s guidelines
  • Review all forms and disclosures making sure they are in compliance with both State and Federal
  • Must be able to make loan decision independently (Approve or Decline)
  • Sign off conditions submitted by WinPrime’s agents and brokers and clear conditions in LendingQB
  • Make sure to check borrower’s signatures throughout file – same signatures
  • U/W to run final AUS based final information
  • Complete appropriate FHAC screens as needed (including Credit reject) – DE Underwriter
  • Complete assigned files within established time frame
  • Conditions: must be reviewed and completed within 24-48 hours or established time frame

   

    2. SECONDARY MARKETING / OPERATIONS

       Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of secondary marketing experience
  • Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of current mortgage business
  • Current knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to the mortgage banking industry
  • Current knowledge of the mortgage origination process, policies, and procedures
  • Use of financial data and Microsoft Excel experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with agents, processors, brokers, and investors

       Requirements

  • Distribute daily rate sheets
  • Confirm and accept rate locks from all retail, wholesale, and correspondent channels
  • Monitor and perform any changes to rate locks and rate adjustments
  • Manage pipeline to ensure profitability in all market conditions
  • Conduct best execution analysis and analyze pull thru data to maximize profitability
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Maintain positive investor relations to facilitate achieving best execution sales to maximize profitability

 

      3. FUNDER / SHIPPER

       Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of recent experience as a mortgage funder / closer
  • Must have good analytical skills and good with numbers
  • Knowledge of new RESPA regulations

       Requirements

  • Review signed loan documents and review information for accuracy
  • Review HUD-1 and confirm accuracy against the disclosed fees
  • Review and sign off closing conditions including insurance information
  • Verify and balance funding figures in order to wire final loan proceeds to title
  • Communicate with loan officer, processor, and escrow officer of all outstanding conditions and keep them updated throughout the closing process

 

      4. LOAN PROCESSOR

       Qualifications

  • Min 3+ years of mortgage banking experience
  • Must be self motivated and a team player
  • Friendly and customer service oriented

       Requirements

  • Process Conventional and FHA loans
  • Assist in clearing UW conditions and meeting doc draw and funding and lock dates
  • Send out condition letters to borrowers promptly
  • Keep current in Conventional and FHA guidelines
  • OWN THE FILE – We want someone that truly views the file like its their own personal loan

 

      5. WHOLESALE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

       Qualifications

  • Min 2+ years of mortgage banking experience
  • Must be self motivated and a team player
  • Motivated to succeed

       Requirements

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers, Loan Officers and Processors
  • Manage production pipeline to ensure timely flow through the loan process
  • Obtain approval packages for new mortgage brokers when needed
  • Responsible for soliciting new business from mortgage brokers in assigned territory
  • Stay current in product guideline changes in order to discuss the products to brokers
  • Present loan products and pricing to mortgage brokers and assisting brokers in offering our loan products for their customers

 

      6. LOAN OFFICER

       Qualifications

  • Min 3+ years of loan officer experience
  • Obtain a NMLS License
  • Motivated to succeed

       Requirements

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with realtor, financial advisors, builders, and customers
  • Present loan products and rate to customers
  • Manage production pipeline to ensure timely flow through the loan process
  • Develop marketing and promotional activities in support of your own sales
  • Responsible for soliciting new business
  • 100% COMMISSION
